DIY Foot Soak

Salam, 

Sejak 2-3 hari ni , kaki lenguh plak...nak drive pun sakit...jalan pun sakit..tido malam tu tak bole...kalo berjalan tu punye ler slow..mengalahkan nenek tua..

Dalam hati  rasa nak pegi urut kaki jer...tapi kt mane?? emmm...payah pulak nak mencarik. Finally, Google aje la cmne nak buat DIY Foot Soak...banyak jugak tips kt En.Google ni suggest..tapi  I preferred the following option, jumpa kat website ni http://www.livestrong.com/article/314093-homemade-foot-soak-for-dry-feet/... lagipun semua bahan ada kat rumah.senang jer..(tapi ade gak yang I carik substitute...hehehehe) 

Here is my DIY foot soak version ,bahan, 
  • Large basin
  • Towel
  • Air panas/suam cukup tok cover kaki & betis 
  • 1 sudu teh Soda bikarbonat
  • 1 sudu besar Himalaya Rock Salt
  • A few drops of satin SPA shower gel
  • Peppermint Cooling Foot Lotion (Bodyshop)
1) Masukkan soda bikarbonat, rock salt . showergel dalam air rendaman. Make sure semua bahan2 tadi      larut..
2) Then, moisturized your feet with the cooling lotion. Soak into the warm water about 20 mins. Or you can remove your feet when the water turns cold.
3)Dry your feet thoroughly , then sapu kan sekali lagi Peppermint Cooling Foot Lotion (Bodyshop),  not only to moisturized your skin, tapi untuk melegakan lenguh2 kaki tu.
4) Relax kan kaki tu kejap, rehat je la kt sofa ye.
