Granny Porridge
Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice (any type of rice- but i'm using sushi rice brand)
- Water accordingly
- Chickean breast
- Potatoes
- Carrot
- Veggies
- Salt
Preparation:
- Cut the carrot, potatoes, chicken breast into small sizes.
- Wash and rinse the rice.
- Pour the rice, carrot, potatoes and chicken breast into cooking pot. Add some water and boil.
- Boil until all the ingredients are tenderly enough. Put a bit of salt.
- Continued cooking.
- Once, the porridge is cooked, put the veggies, let it boil for 1 minute.
- Now, it is ready to serve.
